Project Overview

国家利益豁免移民是EB-2类的一个特例，适合高学历的科研学术类人才，申请者无需雇主担保，只要证明依靠自己能力能为美国带来利益，即可获得永久绿卡。

Project Advantages

无需雇主，无需投资，无语言、学历要求，无行业限制，审批速度快，签证配额多，一人申请全家移民（配偶及21岁以下的未婚子女）。 

可以和EB1-A同时申请。 

Eligibility Requirements

  1. 符合EB2申请通道之一： 
    1. 高学历：硕士或以上学历，或，本科学历+5年以上相关工作经验。 
    2. 特殊技能：符合下述6个条件之三 
      1. Official academic record showing that you have a degree, diploma, certificate, or similar award from a college, university, school, or other institution of learning relating to your area of exceptional ability. 专业领域的相关学历
      2. Letters from current or former employers documenting at least 10 years of full-time experience in your occupation. 专业领域10年以上的全职工作经验
      3. A license to practice your profession or certification for your profession or occupation. 专业从业执照
      4. Evidence that you have commanded a salary or other remuneration for services that demonstrates your exceptional ability.杰出技能获得高薪奖励或报酬
      5. Membership in a professional association(s). 专业协会会员
      6. Recognition for your achievements and significant contributions to your industry or field by your peers, government entities, professional or business organizations. 专业成就和贡献被同行、政府、专业或商业组织认可

  2. 移民局将从以下三点判断EB2申请人是否符合国家利益豁免：
    1. The proposed endeavor has both substantial merit and national importance. 所从事的专业具有重大价值和国家重要性
    2. You are well positioned to advance the proposed endeavor. 您非常适合推进专业领域发展
    3. On balance, it would be beneficial to the United States to waive the requirements of a job offer, and thus the labor certification.总体上看，免除工作邀请和劳工证明的要求，对美国是有益的。 

Application Process

签约，准备申请相关材料  15天-3个月 
递交I-140申请   
I-140申请获批  约9-12个月 
档案转至美国国家签证中心NVC，等待面试通知   
获得签证  若人在国内，前往广州面试，取得签证   
若人在美国，递交I-485调整身份 
6个月内登录美国，收取绿卡  发放绿卡约在登录后1-2个月
