Project Overview

The Intra-Company Transfer Work Visa (ICT) refers to a program where a company outside Canada establishes a subsidiary in Canada and transfers senior executives or specialized professionals to work in the Canadian entity. This work permit is issued by Canadian immigration authorities specifically for internal transfers within multinational companies.

This program is highly suitable for senior executives working in multinational corporations or entrepreneurs planning to expand their business into Canada. Additionally, spouses can apply for an open work permit, and children can enjoy free public primary and secondary education in Canada. After working for a certain period, the executive or their spouse may apply for permanent residency through skilled immigration, experience-based immigration, or provincial nominee programs.

Project Advantages

  • Long-term visa, extendable up to 5 or 7 years
  • No IELTS required, no LMIA required
