Role Description

Shaws Immigration is looking for a full-time talented and creative Digital Content Creator based in the Philippines to join our growing team.

The Digital Content Creator will develop and produce engaging digital content across web, social media, email, and other online channels to communicate immigration services and updates. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, writing and editing posts, articles, and marketing copy, and collaborating with consultants to translate complex immigration information into clear, accessible content. The role also involves creating or coordinating basic visual assets, optimizing content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media performance, monitoring analytics to refine content strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The Digital Content Creator will work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to support campaigns, webinars, and client education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including web copywriting, blog writing, and social media content, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and accurately.
• Experience with content planning and strategy, including editorial calendars, campaign support, and aligning content with marketing and business goals.
• Proficiency in graphic design or visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop) and familiarity with video content formats for social media.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing practices such as SEO basics, email marketing, and social media optimization and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to fact-check information related to immigration topics.
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative manner, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in legal, education, international recruitment, or immigration-related environments is considered an asset.
